What we need from our astronauts.
Qualified applicants for the LaunchPad Early Access Program will meet the following requirements**:
- Install LaunchPad within two weeks of receipt of hardware or software
- A site that can be successfully onboarded within 60 days
- Agree to participate in providing regular feedback on your experience with the products

Frequently Asked Questions.
If my site qualifies, how soon will I receive LaunchPad?
You will be notified within one business day after you've submitted your interest. You will receive LaunchPad within two business days.
May I upgrade my subscription to onPoint Manage (command and control)?
You may elect to upgrade your subscription at anytime. Additional fees may apply.
What are my costs?
You have access to onPoint Analyze until March 31, 2023, at no cost to you (including onboarding fees and LaunchPad). If you qualify for this opportunity and elect to continue the subscription after this date, you will be provided a statement of work with all associated fees post-pilot period. Fees are based on the size of building and/or equipment as well as term of contract (1, 3, or 5 years). Fees may also be adjusted for additional sites you elect to onboard.
Who installs LaunchPad?
You are asked to install LaunchPad din rail or rack mountable.
Is LaunchPad secure?
We have compiled information regarding security questions on the LaunchPad data sheet which you can access by clicking the Spec Sheet button above.
How many users can access onPoint?
All onPoint customers have unlimited users.
What happens to the data if I elect not to continue my subscription?
You retain ownership and access to all your data at your site. Buildings IOT retains an onboarded (tagged data). We will send you a shipping label to return LaunchPad if applicable.
